Holiday Headquarters: Deep Frying Holiday Turkey, Menus and Entertaining Tips

The holidays are all about spending time with loved ones. Gathering together and sharing good times, and, of course enjoying good food are reasons we love this time of year. Instead of spending your holiday time in the kitchen, truly enjoy the party by deep-frying your turkey in 100% peanut oil. It takes about 2/3 less time than roasting and your company will rave about the deliciously moist and juicy taste!

We here at turkeyfrying.net wanted to share some favorite recipes that will pair perfectly with your deep-fried turkey.

Some things to keep in mind!

  • After frying the turkey, reuse the peanut oil to deep fry your side dishes.
  • Deep-fried turkey has nearly the same nutritional value as a roasted turkey (only it tastes better!)
  • 100% Peanut oil for deep frying is a favorite of top chefs because of the high smoke point and great flavor. And did we mention, refined peanut oil is non-allergenic?
